Event marketing is a broad area encompassing everything from media placement and promotions to collateral materials to community support. Our teams have extensive experience in successfully marketing events in many different ways to achieve the right results for the event.

 

Operations

And it isn’t just about the temporary facilities like tents and bleachers. Proper advance planning with the facility or venue, interfacing with local government and inspectors to traffic flow, security, and parking—all of these things make a difference for your sponsors, guests, and fans. We pride ourselves with attention to financial control at our events. Building proper budgets, exercising a successful bidding process, and keeping costs in line are all key components to successful event management. We strive to get it done right, on time and on budget. We can manage the financial aspect of any event and provide interim and final accounting, accounts payable and receivable, and external audits post-event.
