TASK: Manage the fulfillment of the Lexus brand ambassadors appearances and assets throughout the calendar year.


SOLUTION: Peter Jacobsen SPORTS began tracking the assets for each of the ambassadors and made the asset tracker available to Lexus marketing. This allowed Lexus to strategically plan for the most effective way to utilize their golfers throughout the year. Each golfer is now expected to incorporate a blend of dealer relations and marketing support into their calendar of appearances each year.


RESULT: Lexus is able to maintain the marketing objectives laid out for their endorsed golfers, while also having the ability to support new dealer events that come up throughout the year. The strategic planning and tracking also allows Lexus to better utilize the assets for each golfer.
