Peter Jacobsen

A 33-year veteran on the PGA TOUR, and a six-year member of the Champions Tour, Peter has established himself as the unofficial ambassador of golf. He has served as a Player Director on the PGA TOUR, a golf commentator on ABC-TV, a television analyst for The Skins Game, and a roving reporter for the 1991 Ryder Cup matches on NBC. His TV shows “Peter and Friends” and “Peter Jacobsen Plugged In,” which ran for three seasons each on the GOLF CHANNEL were a huge success. Peter has authored two
books, “Buried Lies: True Tales and Tall Stories From the PGA TOUR,” published in 1993 and “Embedded Balls: Adventures on and off the Tour with golf's premier storyteller,” published in 2005. On TOUR, he represents several companies and products including Administaff, Laser Spine Institute, Lexus, Sky Caddie, and many others.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Peter Jacobsen Sports, Peter has been a loyal and fierce advocate of keeping professional golf championships in Oregon as well as bringing his fun and enthusiastic attitude toward the golf lifestyle to outings and events around the country.
